VLife: Brilliantly simple,

VLife is a handheld video laryngoscope designed for fast setup, intuitive handling, and reliable visualization : from routine intubation to difficult airway management. It extends TSC Life’s airway expertise alongside Broncoflex®, our single-use bronchoscope range.

Clear real-time visualization

VLife provides real-time airway visualization through a 3″ HD display with a 1280×720 camera resolution, giving clinicians a clear, detailed view of airway structures throughout intubation. The display comes with tempered glass protection as standard, with an anti-reflective option available for high-glare environments.

Video laryngoscopy has demonstrated 94% first-attempt success, compared to 72% for direct laryngoscopy in rapid sequence intubation1, and is increasingly recommended by airway management guidelines worldwide as a first-line or routine approach.2-9

One-touch simplicity

One button controls power, photo, and video capture : no menus to learn, no delay before use. Captured images can be viewed on a larger external screen or downloaded to a PC using the magnetic USB cable, making it easy to review, document, or share a case.

A dedicated pediatric device

VLife’s pediatric unit and blades are purpose-built for the smallest airways. Mac-00, Mac-0 and Mac-1 blades treat premature newborns and infants with equipment designed specifically for them.

Ergonomic design

VLife’s screen rotates left-right (0-300°) and front-back (0-190°), so the image always faces the clinician, whatever the position or setting. Clinicians report that the handle’s balanced weight feels ideal for performing intubations, reflecting the robustness of a device built for confidence, procedure after procedure.

Portable and ready to use

VLife is built around an internal, rechargeable battery delivering more than 480 minutes of autonomy on a single charge, enough to stay ready across a full shift. An interchangeable battery version is also available, for teams who prefer swappable batteries, offering more than 200 minutes of autonomy per battery.

Cost-efficient by design

VLife’s reusable camera means only the blade is disposed of after each use, unlike devices where the camera is built into the blade. Combined with cost-efficient blades, this keeps everyday video laryngoscopy practical and affordable to sustain over time.

A blade for every airway

VLife comes in two configurations, pediatric and adult, each compatible with a broad portfolio of sterile, anti-fog treated, single-use blades, from premature newborns to adults, covering routine technique and difficult airway management.

Slim Macintosh-style blades are thinner and more curved than classic Macintosh blades, providing more room to manoeuvre the tube or instruments.

M-Blades

M-Blades

Traditional Macintosh blades support familiar technique. They can also be used for direct laryngoscopy.
